Jorge leads NorthPoint’s origination, client and sponsor coverage, and strategic partnership activities. He brings experience across management consulting, venture building and founder advisory, supported by an established network of entrepreneurs, investors, business owners and strategic partners.
At NorthPoint, Jorge is responsible for originating financing mandates, developing long-term client and sponsor relationships, coordinating engagement with capital providers, and expanding the firm’s strategic partnerships across Europe and the United States.

Ajinkya leads NorthPoint’s capital structuring, underwriting and transaction execution activities. His background spans private equity and venture capital transactions, cross-border M&A, special situations and structured finance, combining transaction-law experience with financial analysis and capital-markets training.
At NorthPoint, Ajinkya is responsible for assessing financing feasibility, analysing debt capacity, designing capital structures, preparing financial models and lender materials, evaluating term sheets, and supporting clients through negotiation, documentation and closing. His focus includes acquisition financing, private credit, structured mezzanine capital, refinancing and growth-capital solutions across Real Estate and TMT.
Together, the partners combine transaction execution, venture building, founder sourcing and investment structuring expertise.
